The Sub-contractor’s warranty obligations mean the quality guarantees of pumps, and guarantees of their operation quality during the warranty period, as well as the obligations to remove, at its own expense, the article defects revealed during the warranty period or to replace the respective equipment unless it proves that the defects have occurred as a result of violation by the Client of article operation or storage rules. The warranty obligations should be fulfilled by the subcontractor provided that the Recipient meets the requirements of the manufacturer’s instruction on operations. The warranty obligations are specified in the pump operation instruction, or in any other document which is a part of the operational documentation of the bidder.
