Belt Conveyors can be used to convey practically any type of solids.
For Belt Conveyor applications, we offer a wide range options. For fixed or constant rate demands, AC motors & gearmotors are well suited. For demands where speed control, higher speeds or maximum torque in a small area may be needed, the AC & brushless DC motor with control systems can be used. For precise positioning our Motor's stepper or servo motors packages are ideal.
There are mainly three types Belt Conveyors as following:
@Fixed Rate Belt Conveyor Systems
We supplying a range of gear options to reduce the motor speed and generate greater torque as well as a brake pack for use with AC motors to allow for instantaneous stopping. Parallel Shaft Gearmotors and Right-Angle reducers are the most suitable models for this kind. That's our F series gearmotors, K series Belt Conveyor gearmotors and NMRV serial Belt Conveyor reducers.
@Rate Control Belt Conveyor Systems
By combining a control circuit with the motors, rate-changing can be performed. Speed control motors are optimal for switching between high and low rate operation and for arbitrary adjustment of speed.
@Position Control Belt Conveyor Systems.
This kind we usually add Geared Servo Motors or a Stepper Gearmotors to get a Position. Stepper motors, with their ability to product high torque at a low speed while minimizing vibration, are ideal for applications requiring quick positioning over a short distance. Servo motors are easy to operate and allow for smooth operation with large inertial loads and belt mechanisms. Servo motors are ideal for positioning over long distances using a flat torque characteristic from low to high speeds.
