Our company notified the customer to pick up the goods at least five times before, but did not get a positive response from the customer. Moreover, it had been stored in our warehouse for more than one year, and all contracts and related processes should be revoked according to regulations.

1.For the first time, in July 2017, the customer was notified that the goods were ready, and the personnel could be arranged to pick up the goods.

2.The second time, in August 2017, we informed the customer again that the goods were ready. If he did not find the person to pick up the goods, we can arrange shipping to the nearest port of the customer, and ask the customer to provide the nearest destination port.

3.For the third time, in September 2017, inform customers to reply us as soon as possible, and the goods will be charged for warehouse fees if it is stored in the warehouse beyond the deadline;

4.The fourth time, at the end of September 2017; notify the customer that a warehouse fee has been generated and if they do not reply to us, we will dispose of it. 

5.The fifth time, December 2018;   replied to customers we had sold the goods some days ago,but because the installation form is special ,and the production period is too early, the placement time is too long，the selling price is only half of the original price of the goods.
