Please see attached reducer drawing. Please study that you supply all the parts indicated in the red marks. I would like to know if it is more perfect to repair the broken gearbox. If so, please ket me know additional parts and cost and gross weight and freight cost.

1.I belive in our technical department and our engineer,if you are worried,we can supply a new gear head as we planed before.
2.As I told you before,the model of the cycloid gear motor is corresponding to the type of the spare parts. If the model of the reducer is determined, the spare part's is also determined.And we know your old gear head's model,thus,also know these part's size.
3.Generally, within three or four days after you make the confirmation, the parts can be sent to you.
4.The total grass weight is about 30KGS.
And the SF express cost are as follows:
If the good will be sent by SF International Special Offer,it will take 4-6 days to arrive at there,and the cost is 142USD.
If the good will be sent by SF International standard express,it will take 1-3 days to arrive at there,and the cost is 214USD.

In addition, please check attached drawing for Guomao reducer for type BLD3-43-4 that is same as our broken gearbox. I sent you this same drwaing when I purchased repair parts from you in Nov. 2018.

Can you indicate what number in the drawing is matching with your proposed parts ?

1.Eccentric bearing: 2PCS, 30USD/PCS
2.locating bearing: 2PCS, 30USD/PCS
3.spacer ring: 1PCS, 30USD/PCS
4.Pin sleeve: 10 sets, Total 65USD (for 10 sets)
No,the required quantity of pin sleeve is 10pcs,not 14pcs.

Our customer has not completed to check dimensions required for your drawing BLD3.5. He is worried about the result in spite of checking the dimensions.
Accordingly, first, we need to try easier solution. I think that you need to study which parts are required to repair the old broken gearbox BLD3-43-4. Please see attached photos the old broken gearbox.
We bought some parts from you and repaired the old gearbox successfully in November 2018. The machine was running for 3 months properly after replaced with some parts as follows:
1. Cycloidal gear for BLD3-43-4 : OD 208, ID 86.54, T16, 10 holes (D30.15)-43 theeth : 2ea
2. Roller bearing RN309E : 2ea
3. Space ring OD90 : 1ea
4. Shaft ring OD45 :

Please study the following photos for the old broken gearbox which parts you will be able to supply, in order to repair the old broken gearbox.

So sorry,I make a mistake,item 4 and item 5 are the same parts(item 5 is another name for item 4),that is to there are four spare parts need to be replaced totally,as follows:
1.Eccentric bearing
2.locating bearing
3.spacer ring
4.Pin sleeve(shaft sleeve)
