Generally, there is no any discount for orders of the same amount as yours.But in order to make up for you,I apply for the biggest discount 4% to our manager.

And 790USD you had paid before,now the amount need to be paid is $1225*0.96-$790=386USD.

Different price with different quality.Please also consider the quality except price,the oil seal we use is NOK brand and the bearing's is NSK;the packaging for goods is reinforced fumigation stamped plywood wooden box,and our warranty period is 2 years.

Yesterday we received the final 2-off Guomao drives, under POs 191040 and 191105.

One of the drives suffered damage during transport. The drive has serial number 190470101. The motor terminal box is cracked in one corner, and the lifting eye is bent.

The gearbox was not secured inside the crate.

Refer attached photos.

Please provide replacement terminal box and cover.

We have had to get an electrician to go on site and re[air the damage caused, and replace the lifting hook. All time and expense we have had to bear.

In view of this action by our customer we will be taking the same action.

please see attached damaged caused to the gearbox. This has resulted directly from the unit being placed into the crate with NO restraints, and it has been free to move around in the crate. Our customer was not happy and has no told us he will not buy these parts from us again.
